Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager cum Scrum Master with a strong Telecom domain background and experience working on Telecom Activation, Mediation platforms.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing end-to-end project delivery while also driving Agile/Scrum practices, coordinating cross-functional teams, removing blockers and ensuring successful sprint and release delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive end-to-end project delivery for Telecom technology projects.
- Work on projects involving Activation/Provisioning, Mediation and/or OSS/BSS platforms.
- Act as the Scrum Master and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospectives.
- Plan and track sprints, releases, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Solution Architects and other technical teams.
- Track project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and blockers.
- Ensure timely delivery of sprint and project commitments.
- Support requirement clarification and coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT, defect resolution, releases and production implementation.
- Manage project scope, priorities, timelines and delivery commitments.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams and technical teams.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, sprint metrics and Agile documentation.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide regular updates on project progress, risks and dependencies.
- Support continuous improvement of Agile processes and project delivery practices.




- Coordinate with distributed and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Required Telecom Domain Knowledge The candidate should have relevant experience in at least one of the following areas:

Telecom Activation / Provisioning

- Service Activation
- Service Provisioning
- Order-to-Activation flow
- Service Fulfillment
- Network/service configuration
- Activation or orchestration platforms

Telecom Mediation
- CDR / usage data collection and processing
- Mediation platforms
- Data transformation, enrichment and validation
- Integration with Billing/Charging systems
- Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in the Telecom domain.
- Experience managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint/release delivery.
- Experience managing project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and blockers.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Positive understanding of software development and release lifecycle.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar Agile/project management tools.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD and software release processes.
- Preferred Profile
- Telecom/Communications domain experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Activation/Provisioning, Mediation or OSS/BSS.
- Experience working with large-scale Telecom transformation or digital platforms.
- CSM/PSM or other Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
- PMP/PRINCE2 or other Project Management certification is an advantage.
- Experience managing multiple Agile teams or complex Telecom projects is preferred.
