Project Manager

Sr Manager/ Deputy General Manager

Purpose of the role

This position exists to do project management of various projects throughout the life cycle of the project (starting from IKOM till system handover to customer and after sales team). The role includes but not limited to management of customer, various stakeholder such as SCM, Design, R&D;, Mobile Robotics, Software etc. to ensure project is completed within stipulated scope,

schedule, quality, and budget.

Technical Skills Required

1. Knowledge of ASRS systems, warehouse rack solutions, and accurate alignment of structures.
2. Strong adherence to EHS protocols, HIRA, and WMS standards.
3. Skilled in scheduling, risk management, resource planning, and budget monitoring.
4. Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, inspections, and RCA to ensure high standards.
5. Proficient in creating compliance sheets, snag lists, and training manuals.
6. Analytical skills to address design challenges and innovate site solutions.
7. Familiarity with project monitoring tools and detailed reporting.
8. Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
9. Capable of knowledge transfer and leveraging learnings from past projects.

Job Responsibilities
1.



Take handover of project from Sales and Solution team, develop complete understanding of the scope, terms, and agreements.
2. Prepare PS2 schedule along with PMO, take agreement with customer and share it with all stakeholders.
3. Conduct Project EKOM along with relevant stakeholders.
4. Value engineering to make the solution more cost effective, robust and adds value to the customer
5. Monitor detailed engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) and ensure adherence of the DAP & FSD approval from customer as per schedule.
6. Ensure stage-wise adherence to project schedule.
7. Prepare Risk register associated with project Conduct Monthly/Fortnightly/Weekly/Daily reviews with customer.
8. Sharing MOM to all relevant stakeholders Prepare the Manpower plan, its budget and getting it approved from
9. Monitor of site EHS & statutory compliances
10. Submit HIRA, WMS, etc wherever applicable

Qualification BE/ B. Tech- Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation

5-7 Years experience

Knowledge of AutoCAD/ Bricscad, Drawing Reading

Proficiency in MS Office & Outlook

Proficiency in MS Project.

PMP certified
