JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Content & Channel Maintenance BAU Maintenance to own and manage day-to-day procurement content and channel operations across catalogues, contracts, guided buying, and supplier enablement. This role is critical to ensuring that procurement channels remain accurate, compliant, user-friendly, and scalable after go-live.

The successful candidate will provide structured BAU ownership across the P2P ecosystem, helping the organization sustain adoption, improve buying experiences, strengthen data governance, and operationalise transformation outcomes into stable, repeatable processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

- 7–12 years of experience in procurement operations, Procure-to-Pay, content management, supplier enablement, procurement transformation, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of catalogue management, contract operationalisation, supplier onboarding,



guided buying, and procurement channel maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, Guided Buying, SAP Business Network, or comparable enterprise procurement platforms.
- Solid data governance capability, with experience managing vendor, commodity, pricing, contract, catalogue, or master data.
- Experience supporting post-go-live operations, BAU model setup, process transition, or operational stabilisation.
- Ability to define practical SOPs, controls, governance routines, and ownership models across cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
