Detailed

- Be accountable for achieving the project objectives within budget, deadlines, and deliverable quality

- Ensure the need is properly defined and validated

- Ensure requirements are consistent with the selected needs and that the technology is feasible

- Ensure the solution is suitable (including sizing) for all requirements

- Prepare, consolidate, and validate estimates and the project plan throughout the project lifecycle

- Ensure delivery, operability, and go-live of the solution

- Identify and manage risks that may arise during project delivery, in coordination with all stakeholders. Develop
- the mitigation plan for these risks, including the associated cost

- Identify resource needs in terms of headcount and technical/functional skills

- Based on delivery capacity (technical and human resources), identify the project s impacts on strategic demand planning and adjust it as needed

- Act as the primary point of contact for the entire project:

- Act as the main contact with the project sponsor





- Be responsible for communication to all contributors and beyond, as applicable

- Contribute, where applicable, to the evaluation of team members by identifying strengths and areas for improvement
