Responsibilities

- Ensuring achieving Revenue and GVA to meet ABP plans .

- Project Planning: Preparing L1 to L5 plans in software tools with milestone targets. Project scheduling and controlling:Tracking engineering, procurement, manufacturing,logistic and site progress.

- Commercial activity: Initiate and track bank Guarantees and letter of credits, tax and duty on various deliverables

- Knowledge of In co Terms

- Expertise in handling contract and legal terms and Escalation , Change order management and defend LD

- Invoicing: Preparing invoicing plans, controlling physical, accounting Invoicing, CIP &
- WIP Profitability Controlling CTC and OTD with increased AGVA than bid GVA

- Cash Flow control: Planning project cash flow, ensuring least exposure based on contract Collections

- AR collection and tracking

- Claim Management: Forecasting, evaluating, preparing, presenting, negotiating and converting the claims to contract

- Mentoring and grooming reporting engineers

- Contract Review: Reviewing contracts, identifying risks and opportunities and analysis for mitigation of same.

Skills / Certifications

- Transparent and impactful communication

- Manufacturing process knowledge in fabrication workshop.

- Surface treatment application and testing process knowledge

- Export &
- Import rules and regulations, Licenses, Incoterms, Insurance and accident claims.

- Capital equipment rental suppliers and cost knowledge

- Excellent Negotiator

- Fabrication and machining sub vendor resourcefulness especially forming , Ts drilling and rolling.





- Sub-contractors connect with large and medium scale fabricators.

- Site fabrication and installation activities.

- Use of Primavera P6 software for monitoring of projects. Shall be well conversant with Ms Projects. PMP certification will be added advantage .

Primary Skills

- All the projects are focussing on Fabrication with respect to columns/vessels/models in the - combination of piping, piperex, equipment vessels &EnI;

- Project manager should have knowledge on piping,columns,structural,vessels, fabrication, installation

- Cost controlling + Budgeting+ Risk management/assessment exp

- Exposure with international customers handling (American, European/Netherland)

- He will be the single POC and understand the req of customer. Knowledge of legal terms/bank guarantee/damages
- The main parameter of PM will to Deliver the project on time, with quality and within the budget

- Primavera exp mandatory

- Handled the payments of the customers/finance management. Cash flow management
- For E band ( IC role)

- Codes: ASME Sec-VIII Div 1 minimum, IBR,CCOE, PED, EN &
- IS etc are added advantage.
