- Manage current product introductions (NPI) from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for process improvements, stakeholder management, and project execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations and cost optimization.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in assembly processes.
Job Requirements :
- 10-16 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or related field.
- Strong understanding of NPI process management, including planning, execution, testing, and validation.
- Excellent program management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in PMP certification or equivalent experience with project management methodologies.
