Position: Project Leader

- Experience: 8-10 Years
- Location: Pune Hinjawadi

Key Responsibilities

- Lead current product development and product introduction projects
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate with R&D;, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain and Testing teams
- Drive APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM/DFA and validation activities
- Manage prototype builds, supplier readiness and product verification
- Identify project risks and coordinate mitigation actions
- Support cost reduction, localization and value engineering initiatives
- Ensure smooth NPI and manufacturing handover

Key Skills & Knowledge:

- Product development lifecycle & stage-gate processes
- HVAC systems AC Units, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Heat Pumps, Compressors, Condensers, Evaporators & Controls
- APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM/DFA
- ERP systems, BOM management & engineering change control
