Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Consultant with 4–5 years of experience in industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and controlling project activities to ensure timely completion, quality standards, cost control, and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor industrial construction projects from start to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, milestones, and execution timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, engineers, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or issues.
- Ensure construction activities are completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other project activities as required.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and contractor deployment.
- Track project costs, quantities, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical/operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Review project reports, progress updates, measurements, and documentation.
- Conduct project review meetings and maintain MOM/action trackers.
- Ensure proper coordination between site execution and management teams.
- Monitor contractor performance and follow up on pending activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project procedures.
- Prepare regular project progress reports for management/client review.
- Support project completion,



commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech is mandatory.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Construction Project Management.
- Experience in handling industrial construction projects is preferred/mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring.
- Good understanding of construction activities and site coordination.
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
- Knowledge of project documentation, progress reports, and project tracking.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project/Primavera will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Should be willing to travel to project sites if required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
