Slick Blinds is looking for a PM Intern to support day to day coordination across the company's marketing, operations, and vendor workstreams. This is an entry level, hands on role suited to someone early in their project management career who wants exposure to a quick moving, multi location business.
Key Responsibilities
- Track action items and follow ups across marketing, operations, and vendor coordination
workstreams
- Maintain and update task boards in Bitrix24, ensuring tasks are logged, assigned, and current
- Support meeting documentation, including summarizing calls and extracting action items
- Follow up with internal teams and external vendors on pending deliverables and deadlines
- Help organize and maintain shared documentation and files
- Assist with basic reporting on task status and project progress
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the PMO
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable following up with multiple stakeholders to keep work on track
- Based in Hyderabad, able to work from the office
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding an MBA, or coursework related to project management
- Prior internship or coursework exposure to project management concepts
- Familiarity with task tracking tools such as Bitrix24, Trello, or Asana
