Role Purpose

Responsible for the end-to-end development and delivery of residential plotted projects, ensuring timely execution, cost control, quality and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall project planning, development and execution from pre-development to handover.

- Manage master planning, design, infrastructure development, roads, utilities, landscaping and common facilities.

- Drive statutory approvals, permissions and regulatory compliance.

- Manage consultants, contractors and vendors; ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Monitor project schedule, budgets, costs, cash flow and key milestones.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, delays and execution challenges.

- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Sales and CRM teams.





- Ensure adherence to quality, safety and project standards.

- Lead project completion, snag resolution and handover of developed plots.

Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of experience in real estate - township / plotted development.

- Robust experience in large-scale residential development and infrastructure execution.

- Proven leadership in managing projects, consultants and contractors.

- Strong understanding of project controls, contracts, cost management and statutory approvals.

- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
