REQUIRED EXPERIENCE -12 YEARS TO 15 YEARS

- Planning and defining the scope of the project
- Managing project budget, timeline, and procurement planning
- Coordinating with internal team and supervising construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensuring all construction activities comply with design specifications and safety standards
- Preparing and presenting project reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies
- Resolving any issues and solving problems that may occur during the project
- Maintaining communication with clients, team members, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Overseeing the delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites
- Ensuring the project complies with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
