Role Description The Project Head – Technical Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing technical operations across multiple IT and event service projects. This role includes planning, executing, and monitoring projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

The Project

Head will lead and mentor technical and operations teams, allocate resources effectively, and establish best practices for service delivery and incident resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising technical support activities, optimizing operational workflows, resolving escalated technical issues,



and communicating project status and risks to senior management and clients. The role also involves continuous improvement of processes, alignment of technical operations with business objectives, and adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop cross-functional technical and operations teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Operations Management experience, including process optimization, resource planning, and performance monitoring in a technical services environment.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Technical Support expertise, with the ability to oversee troubleshooting, incident management, and escalation handling for IT and event service projects.
- Candidates should possess proven Project Management capabilities, including project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery of complex technical projects.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in project or operations management (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Experience in IT services, event technology, or similar service-oriented industries, preferably in a leadership or senior operations role.
