About the Role

StylingStudio is looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, excellent client communication, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with designers, vendors, and execution teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of interior design projects.




- Coordinate with clients and maintain strong professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan project timelines, schedules, and site activities.
- Interpret and review 2D drawings, 3D designs, and technical documentation.
- Prepare and understand BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, budgets, and timelines.
- Resolve on-site challenges and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain clear communication between design, execution, and client teams.

Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in interior design or architectural project management.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and 3D visualization concepts.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
