We are seeking an experienced Project Head to lead the setup and operation of a greenfield blow molding facility manufacturing plastic containers for the dairy industry.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through commercial production. Design plant layout, utilities, production flow, warehousing, and material handling systems. Select, procure, install, and commission machinery and supporting infrastructure.

Establish manufacturing processes, quality systems, maintenance programs, and SOPs. Recruit and develop the core operations team. Manage vendors, contractors, budgets, timelines, and statutory compliance.

Coordinate with customers to meet technical, quality, and audit requirements. Oversee plant operations after commissioning and drive performance improvements.

Candidate Profile





Proven experience setting up and commissioning a blow molding, rigid packaging, or plastics manufacturing facility. Solid knowledge of HDPE/PP processing and packaging applications.

Experience in production ramp-up, plant operations, and team leadership. Ability to manage cross-functional teams, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory approvals. Mandatory experience supplying the dairy, FMCG, food, or beverage industries. Thorough understanding of industry compliance requirements, customer audits, quality systems, food-contact packaging standards, and regulatory certifications applicable to these sectors.
