Role Description The project head is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of residential and commercial construction projects. This role includes coordinating project activities, managing timelines, supervising contractors and site teams, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

The Construction Project

Manager will prepare and monitor project budgets, track costs, and support procurement and resource planning to maintain quality and efficiency. Daily responsibilities also involve conducting site inspections, resolving technical and operational issues, reporting project status to senior management, and collaborating with architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors. The role requires proactive risk management, stakeholder communication, and consistent focus on delivering projects in line with AGM Vijaylaxmi Group’s commitment to reliability and excellence.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management,



with experience delivering residential and/or commercial projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management and Project Coordination, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control, with the ability to manage project finances, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to Mumbai and Maharashtra.
- Experience working with contractors, vendors, architects, and engineers, and managing multidisciplinary site teams.
- Ability to interpret drawings and technical documents; familiarity with project management and construction software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Marathi is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Willing to manage 2-4 sites simultaneously
