Role Description The Project Field Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for executing field installations, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV, access control, and home automation systems at client locations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site surveys, supporting project implementation plans, installing and configuring hardware and software, and performing system testing to ensure optimal performance.

Engineer will respond to technical issues, provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support, and coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients to keep timelines and quality standards on track.



The role also involves documenting work performed, maintaining accurate project records, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company policies during all field activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Field Service and Technical Support skills for on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of security and automation systems.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, resolve, and prevent technical issues in CCTV, access control, and related systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management abilities to plan tasks, track progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and support timely project delivery.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external partners, including written documentation.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, networking basics, and low-voltage systems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use standard test equipment, and follow safety and quality standards during field work.
- Solid organizational skills, reliability, and readiness to work on-site across multiple project locations within the Pune Division.
