Qualification: Diploma in Interior Design / Civil Engineering
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Engineer with hands-on experience in commercial and office interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of interior works, the ability to interpret drawings, and experience in project execution, site coordination, and quality monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor office/commercial interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings and timelines.
- Review and interpret architectural and interior drawings, ensuring accurate implementation on site.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site measurements and ensure accuracy in quantity assessments.
- Supervise on-site teams and ensure work is carried out as per design specifications and safety standards.
- Track project progress, material delivery, and work completion schedules.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues promptly.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurement sheets, and work progress documentation.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of BOQ verification and basic project costing will be an advantage.
Preferred Background:
- Diploma in Interior Design or Civil Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in executing and managing commercial or office interior fit-out works.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
