Lead automotive projects from RFQ to production. Manage tooling, moulds, trials, vendors, customers and cross-functional teams. Ensure timely delivery, quality, documentation, customer approvals (PSW/CAD), risk control and IATF 16949 compliance.
Required Candidate profile
Hands-on experience in tooling and end-to-end project management.
Exposure to plastic components, mould development, customer interaction.
Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
