Project Engineer / Site Engineer – Residential Projects

Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore

Experience: 5–7 Years

Industry: Real Estate / Residential Construction

Employment: Full time

- Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities for residential projects.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the project site.
- Ensure quality of construction work and adherence to project standards.
- Review drawings and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify deviations or defects.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Check measurements, quantities, and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction regulations.




- Coordinate with the Project Manager/Construction Manager and provide regular project updates.

Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, site execution, finishing works, drawings, and measurements.
- Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Experience in handling contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in apartment, villa, or other residential projects preferred.
