Job Summary

Are you a Site Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, or Plant Execution Engineer looking to transition from field operations into an office-based international engineering role?

We are hiring a technical specialist with hands-on, practical plant or project experience to join our international projects team in Bangalore. In this role, you will apply your real-world technical expertisesuch as reading datasheets, inspecting equipment, understanding site installation challenges, and knowing OEM hardwareto evaluate client technical inquiries and coordinate international equipment procurement.

No prior procurement experience is required. We provide complete internal training on commercial procurement workflows and negotiation; however, real, ground-level technical know-how from plant or site projects is mandatory.

Essential Requirement: Excellent, fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) are strictly required for daily direct coordination with global engineering teams and international OEMs across the USA and Europe.

What You Will Do

- Technical Evaluation: Review engineering specifications, drawings, datasheets, NMR, and SPDP for equipment to ensure items match site and client requirements.
- RFQ & Vendor Technical Alignment: Translate project requirements into RFQs for global OEMs and review their technical proposals for compliance with international codes (API, ASME, IEC, IEEE, ISO, ATEX).
- OEM Technical Coordination: Discuss specifications directly with tier-1 global manufacturers (e.g., Emerson, Fisher, Flowserve, ABB, Siemens, Honeywell, Yokogawa, KSB).
- Office-Based Project Sourcing:



Drive the technical buying cycle from inquiry review to final client proposal delivery with the support of our internal commercial team.

Who We Are Looking For (Mandatory Criteria)

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on, on-site experience in plant erection, commissioning, field installation, maintenance, or project implementation in Oil & Gas, Power, or Chemical/Petrochemical facilities.
- Equipment Knowledge: Robust familiarity with actual field equipmentsuch as control valves, actuators, transmitters (pressure/temperature/flow), switchgears, pumps, motors, compressors, and hazardous area standards.
- Communication: Flawless English speaking and writing skills; candidate must be comfortable handling phone calls and video meetings with international suppliers.
