- Design, review, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction/infrastructure projects

- Prepare and review MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications

- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to ensure integrated design solutions

- Conduct site visits to monitor MEP installation progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards

- Review and verify contractor/vendor submittals, shop drawings, and material specifications

- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

- Prepare BOQs, technical estimates, and assist in tendering/procurement processes

- Troubleshoot in office technical issues related to HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, and other MEP systems

- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for timely execution of MEP works

- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and technical records

- Support in commissioning and testing of MEP systems before handover

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
