: Project Engineer

Position Overview: We seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team in the development and delivery of cutting-edge material handling solutions. This role will focus on managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring optimal performance, cost-

efficiency, and adherence to client specifications. The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion,

ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards. Develop project plans,

timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.

 Technical Design & Analysis: Collaborate with design teams to create effective material handling solutions tailored to client needs. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges.

 Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project,

maintaining clear communication and addressing concerns. Prepare and deliver project presentations and progress reports to stakeholders.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to source materials and services as needed.

 Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, manuals, meeting notes, and compliance records. Ensure all projects adhere to relevant safety standards and regulations.

 Project Execution: Manage the overall execution of projects, including scheduling, resource management, and progress tracking. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.

 Testing and Quality Assurance:



Develop and implement testing procedures and protocols to verify the functionality and performance of the equipment. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.

 Installation and Commissioning: Oversee the installation and commissioning process of the equipment at the client's site. Provide technical support and resolve any issues that arise during the installation phase.

 QULIFICATION: -

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).

 3-4 years of experience in project engineering or management, preferably in material handling or manufacturing.

 Strong understanding of material handling systems, including conveyors, automated systems, and warehouse management solutions.

 Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD,

SolidWorks).

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to details.

 Robust verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

 DETAILS:-

 No. of positions to be filled – 2

 Budget – 3-4 years of experience: Offered CTC up to 5.5 LPA.

 The compensation will also depend on the candidate’s current/past CTC and experience relevancy in our industry.

 INTERVIEW PROCESS:

 Once the list of suitable candidates is shared with us, we will shortlist the candidate profiles for the interview process.

 The shortlisted candidates are required to physically attend the face-to-face round of interview at our office in Pune.

 After the face-to-face round of interview, the final list of selected candidates will be shared,

and the offer will be released.
