Candidates must be available to attend the in-person selection drive in Jaipur on Saturday, 26th September. Selected candidates will be permanently deployed at the client's Global Delivery Center in Gurugram, Haryana.

About the Client & Opportunity:

Our client is an established global engineering solutions firm operating a high-performance Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Gurugram, serving one of the largest Tier-1 general contractors in the United States. They provide critical project engineering, VDC coordination, and construction administration for marquee American commercial towers, mission-critical infrastructure, and hyperscale facilities. As the GDC expands, this role offers direct exposure to US construction lifecycles, project controls, and executive stakeholder coordination from their Gurugram office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end technical construction workflows, including submittals review, RFIs, change order processing, and general project engineering tasks.




- Lead daily engineering coordination with US project managers during evening crossover calls to review status updates and resolve technical roadblocks.
- Perform detailed drawing reviews, 2D overlays, and clash identification across architectural, structural, and MEP trades.
- Support project managers with initial quantity take-offs (QTO) and resource estimation in terms of hours, scope, and execution planning for incoming projects.
- Enforce rigorous Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) benchmarks across all project deliverables and documentation.
- Oversee cloud-based construction document management platforms to track revisions, submittal logs, and client approvals.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical knowledge-sharing sessions for delivery teams and trade partners.

Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience in construction management or global design delivery centers (prior exposure to US/international projects preferred).
- Technical Competence: Hands-on experience with submittal workflows, RFI creation, change orders, and reading complex architectural/engineering drawing sets.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), or related estimation tools; proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Exposure to BIM/Revit workflows is an advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for direct coordination with American stakeholders.
- Logistics: Available to attend the face-to-face selection drive in Jaipur on September 26, 2026, and open to working full-time on-site in Gurugram.
