This is a project-site-based role, and the work location may vary depending on the project. Candidates should be willing to work at different project locations across Tamil Nadu.

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer Civil to coordinate project execution, supervise site activities, support project planning, ensure quality and safety, and work closely with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
- Supervise Site Engineers and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
- Review drawings, technical specifications and construction requirements.
- Ensure availability of manpower, materials and equipment.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues.
- Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports and technical documentation.
- Prepare client bills and subcontractor bills as per contract requirements.
- Verify measurements and identify extra items wherever applicable.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety requirements.
- Identify project issues and coordinate timely solutions.
- Maintain proper communication and reporting to the Project Manager.

- Ability to work in changing project conditions
- Willingness to work at project sites across Tamil Nadu is mandatory
