: Site Engineer (Civil & Interior Fit-Out)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer (Civil & Interior Fit-Out) with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in executing commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing site activities, coordinating with vendors/PMCs, and ensuring timely execution as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, PMC teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Monitor site labour, materials, and work schedule to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
- Assist in material measurement, verification, and billing support.
- Address on-site issues promptly to avoid delays and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety norms, and client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out project execution.
- Must have worked on projects handled by PMCs (Project Management Consultants) like CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, etc.
- Solid technical knowledge of civil, interior,



MEP coordination, and finishing activities.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings (Civil, Interior, MEP).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on-site under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic site reporting tools.
- Willingness to relocate anywhere across India based on project requirement.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
