Responsible for day-to-day execution and coordination of a ground-mount solar EPC project, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Plan, supervise and monitor civil, structural, electrical and mechanical site activities.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants and client representatives.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and method statements.
Monitor progress against the project schedule and identify/resolve site issues.

Coordinate installation of MMS, modules, DC/AC cabling, earthing, inverter/IDT, HT systems and evacuation infrastructure.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, material requirements and manpower plans.
Coordinate testing and commissioning activities and support project handover/documentation.

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 7-8 years of experience in ground-mount solar EPC/project execution preferably in MW-scale projects.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
