Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Engineer-Project Planning & Execution to manage industrial projects from initial planning through installation, commissioning, and final handover.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in industrial project execution, plant installation, utilities, client coordination, vendor management, and site supervision. The candidate will work closely with internal departments, clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered within the planned timeline, quality standards, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute industrial projects from project initiation to successful completion and handover.
- Coordinate with Design, Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Service, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Understand client requirements and manage technical discussions, project meetings, and site coordination.
- Review, prepare, and obtain approvals for plant layouts, MEP drawings, P&IDs;, BOQs, and project-related documentation.
- Plan and supervise installation, erection, testing, commissioning, and start-up activities at project sites.
- Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.




- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site safety requirements during project execution.
- Track project progress against planned schedules and provide regular project status updates to management and clients.
- Coordinate project logistics, equipment/material delivery, site readiness, and installation requirements.
- Manage project documentation, reports, progress records, checklists, and other project-related records.
- Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and execution challenges and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate final testing, commissioning, punch-point closure, and successful project handover to the client.
- Ensure effective communication between the client, site team, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Candidates with relevant experience in Industrial Projects, Capital Goods, Dairy, Packaging, or Allied Machinery industries will be preferred.
- Should have hands-on experience in site execution, installation, commissioning, and client coordination.
- Should be willing to travel to project sites as required.
- Strong ownership, leadership, and execution-oriented approach is essential.
