Project Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years

No. of Positions: 2

Location: Peenya, Bangalore

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Aerospace / Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules and track progress against milestones.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs and technical documents.
- Coordinate with customers to understand requirements and provide technical support.




- Coordinate with suppliers and monitor project-related activities.
- Monitor project quality, cost, schedule and delivery performance.
- Identify project risks, propose mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer-specific requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, BOMs and manufacturing processes.
- Solid project planning, coordination and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and project management/tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and customer interaction skills.
- Knowledge of aerospace, defence or precision manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
- Experience in an AS9100-certified environment will be an added advantage.
