Role & responsibilities:

- Strategic Execution &
- Contract Management:

Oversee the master execution plan, ensuring adherence to the prime contract, budget targets, and strict project milestones.

- Engineering, Procurement &

- Construction Oversight:

Coordinate cross-functional teams across the engineering design phase, major equipment procurement, supplier negotiations, and site construction activities.

- Financial &

- Profit/Loss (P&L;) Accountability:

Manage cash flow, cost control, change order pricing, and profit forecasts while implementing prompt recovery strategies for potential overruns. [1]

- Risk &

- Claim Management:

Identify complex technical, financial, or legal risks early and build robust mitigation plans to avoid delays or disputes.

- Stakeholder &

- Client Relations:

Lead client communication, steer progress review meetings, and build relationships that drive repeat business.

- Team Leadership &

- Mentoring:

Guide and evaluate Project Managers, construction superintendents,



and technical leads, fostering a high-performance culture. [1, 2]

- HSE (Health, Safety, and Setting) Compliance: Enforce uncompromising safety and quality standards across all home office and field job sites.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Must be Full Time Course from reputed AICTE/UGC approved institutions/Universities). Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage.

- Experience: 15 to 20+ years of progressive experience in managing large capital projects within an EPC environment (such as oil & gas, power, petrochemical, or heavy infrastructure like roads, metro, canal etc.). [1]

- Core Competencies: Deep knowledge of project controls (Primavera P6, earned value management), contract law (FIDIC or similar standard forms), and commercial risk assessment
