Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure requirements move forward as planned.

- Plan task allocation based on project priorities, deadlines, and team availability.

- Oversee project trackers, timelines, requirements and documentation.

- Work closely with designers and developers to keep deliverables on schedule.

- Review project progress regularly and address pending tasks, delays and dependencies.

- Coordinate design-to-development handovers and ensure a smooth transition between teams.

- Identify any issues or delays and escalate them before they affect timelines.

- Handle client change requests by documenting, coordinating with the team and tracking them until completion.

- Review completed work against requirements and ensure expected changes are properly implemented.

- Assist is testing staging websites before client submission.

- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects and ensure requirements are closed within the expected timeline.

Job Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.

- Robust communication and stakeholder coordination skills.





- Ability to independently manage tasks, timelines, and project priorities.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps and inconsistencies.

- Good understanding of project workflows, dependencies, and task management.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize work based on urgency and deadlines.

- Proactive approach to identifying risks, delays, and blockers.

- Strong ownership and accountability for project deliverables.

- Ability to communicate project status, issues, and delays clearly to the concerned stakeholders.

- Working understanding of website design and development processes.

- Familiarity with staging, testing, and design-to-development workflows.

- Experience with Slack, project trackers, or similar project management tools is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and make timely decisions within the project workflow.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
