Role: Lead the overall coordination, monitoring and quality implementation of the project across both Madurai schools and supervise the two STEM & Digital Educators.
Key Responsibilities ● Coordinate implementation and activity schedules across both project schools. ● Supervise, guide and review the performance of the 2 STEM & Digital Educators. ● Maintain regular coordination with school principals, teachers and the Spherule Foundation project team. ● Conduct regular school visits and monitor the quality and frequency of STEM & digital sessions. ● Monitor effective utilization and maintenance of STEM Lab resources. ● Coordinate teacher training, STEM workshops and demonstrations. ● Track student participation, STEM activities, projects and key project outcomes.
● Consolidate attendance, activity data, photographs, success stories and school-wise documentation. ● Prepare periodic progress reports and support project monitoring and CSR reporting. ● Identify implementation challenges and ensure timely corrective action.
Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences or a relevant field. Experience in education/CSR project coordination, school programs and team supervision preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
