PROJECT COORDINATOR – VIDEO PRODUCTION

Mohali 8B | Work From Office

Experience: 1–2 Years

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate client work from brief to final submission
- Receive and organize files, instructions & references
- Create and manage tasks on Trello & ClickUp
- Coordinate with TL and track production progress
- Follow up on deadlines and pending work
- Receive completed work and coordinate final QC
- Submit approved work to clients
- Manage client revisions through the production team
- Keep project status updated in internal/client systems

Key

- Basic understanding of video production workflow




- Strong coordination & organizational skills
- Not responsible for creative decisions or pricing/negotiations
- Trello, ClickUp, Slack & Google Drive experience preferred

Ideal Candidate Someone proactive, highly organized and comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously, preferably from a creative, video or social-media agency.
