Role Description The Project Coordinator – Sales & Operations is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves coordinating sales and operational activities for residential societies using the NoBrokerHood platform, including managing project timelines, tracking implementation status, and ensuring successful onboarding of communities.

The Project

Coordinator will work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to gather requirements, address client queries, and resolve issues, while maintaining clear communication with society management committees and other stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, supporting field teams, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and quality standards. The role also requires identifying process improvements, assisting with training and documentation, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities – Project Coordinator

1. Manage end-to-end sales operations and renewal processes across multiple regions.
2. Track and monitor daily operational KPIs, productivity, and business performance.
3. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
4. Analyse operational data and provide actionable business insights to management.
5. Monitor agreement compliance, renewal status, revenue tracking, and pending activities.
6. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes.
7. Develop and maintain automation solutions using Google Apps Script and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
8. Create and maintain business dashboards using Google Sheets, Excel, and reporting tools.
9. Validate business data, ensure data accuracy, and resolve data discrepancies.
10. Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
11. Track project progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
12. Document SOPs, business processes, and operational workflows.
13. Support leadership with ad-hoc reports, presentations, and analytical insights.
14. Manage CRM data, maintain data quality, and ensure timely updates.
15. Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot) for data analysis, report generation, meeting summaries, documentation, and workflow automation.
16. Create effective AI prompts to improve productivity and automate repetitive business tasks.
17. Assist in implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
18. Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to integrate AI into business processes.
19. Monitor team performance, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
20. Provide operational support and troubleshoot day-to-day business issues.
21. Participate in business review meetings and share performance updates with stakeholders.
