Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and the technical team to understand and communicate requirements.
- Track project tasks, deadlines, and progress.
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion.
- Share project updates with clients and management.
- Identify and communicate project issues or delays.
- Maintain project reports, documents, and trackers.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
- IT/software company experience or a technical background will be an added advantage.
