Job Summary

Imagica Health is looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating pharma, healthcare, and digital marketing projects and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills, along with good knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage pharma, healthcare, and digital marketing projects.
- Track project progress and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, developers, printing vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and operational data using MS Excel.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Ensure projects and assigned activities are completed within deadlines.
- Support webinars, digital campaigns, microsites, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.
- Identify coordination issues and follow up with relevant teams for resolution.
- Provide regular project status updates to management.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, BCA, BE,



or any relevant field.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Candidates with experience in Project Coordination, Operations, Administration, Client Servicing, or Project Management will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.
