Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator Site Execution to manage assigned projects from site readiness to final handover.

This is a site-focused role requiring regular site visits, client interaction, robust coordination, timely escalations, and ownership of project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate projects from site initiation to final handover.
- Conduct regular site visits to track execution, quality, and timelines.
- Understand drawings, measurements, BOQs, and site requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, supervisors, contractors, Design, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Track project timelines and follow up proactively with all stakeholders.




- Identify delays or execution challenges and raise timely escalations.
- Ensure alignment of drawings, materials, manpower, and site readiness.
- Maintain regular project updates and documentation.
- Drive snag closure, project completion, and proper client handover.

Requirements

- 23 years of experience in project coordination/site execution.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience in construction, faade, interiors, or architectural products.
- Comfortable with regular site visits across Delhi NCR.
- Strong client communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

What We Are Looking For A proactive and execution-focused individual who takes ownership, identifies problems early, escalates when required, and follows through until successful project closure. Faade/metal execution experience is an advantage, but candidates with strong civil, construction, or interior execution experience are welcome.
