About the Role

Nova Spark is looking for a Project Coordinator Intern who can support the coordination of clients, internal teams, and day-to-day digital marketing projects.

Candidates with 3+ months of internship experience in Operations, Project Coordination, or Digital Marketing will be preferred.

This role is suitable for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Digital Marketing Operations and Project Management .

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients and internal digital marketing teams.
- Maintain project trackers, task lists, deadlines, and updates.
- Manage files and project documentation through Google Drive .
- Work with Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Excel .
- Follow up with team members regarding pending tasks and deliverables.
- Assist with client onboarding and project coordination.
- Maintain meeting notes (MOM) and project updates.
- Coordinate with SEO, SMM, PPC, Content, Design and Development teams.
- Assist in preparing content calendars, reports and project documents.
- Communicate professionally with clients through Email, WhatsApp and Google Meet.
- Escalate important delays, client requirements and project issues to the reporting manager.
