We are looking for Project Coordinators to join our onsite team in Pune, India!

In this role, you will manage a team of Data Quality Analysts, making sure that accuracy and output match client standards and requirements. You will work on projects focused on improving a major Virtual Assistant through data processing.

Role Responsibilities

- Ensure all security and confidentiality requirements are followed
- Onboard, train, monitor, and lead a team of Data Quality Analysts
- Communicating progress and output to the client

- Update existing procedures
- Identify ways to efficiently train current and retain existing staff
- Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
- Management and performing of Quality Assurance

Role Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in team management.
- Excellent English listening, reading, and speaking skills.
- Ability to understand and apply complex guidelines.
- Ability to lead and manage large teams.




- Robust project progress reporting and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (especially Excel) and iOS software.
- Solid problem-solving and time-management skills.
