Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) in Haridwar. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the medical team, field activities, community outreach, reporting, documentation, and smooth functioning of the mobile medical services.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operations and schedules of the Mobile Medical Unit.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, drivers, and other field staff.
- Plan and monitor daily village/community visits as per the project schedule.
- Ensure smooth delivery of healthcare services at designated locations.
- Maintain attendance, duty rosters, visit schedules, and staff records.
- Monitor patient registration, consultations, medicines, and healthcare activities.
- Ensure availability of medicines, medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with local authorities, community representatives, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor field activities and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
- Track project targets, service delivery,



and community outreach activities.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the mobile medical unit.
- Maintain all project-related documentation and records.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor MMU activities.
- Assist management in audits, inspections, and project reviews.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with Healthcare Management, Public Health, Social Work, or Hospital Administration background will be preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in Mobile Medical Unit, healthcare projects, NGO projects, community health programs, or field operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and MIS reporting.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Good team-handling and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively in and around Haridwar and nearby rural areas.
- Ability to manage field teams and multiple activities simultaneously.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Candidates from Haridwar or nearby locations will be preferred.
