Role & responsibilities:

- Act as the single point of contact (POC) for clients and coordinate all project-related communication.

- Coordinate with the DPR,Planning, Engineering and other technical teams for timely deliverables.

- Lead client meetings,presentations and discussions and ensure timely approvals of reports, maps and drawings.

- Understand and resolve client queries by coordinating with the concerned technical team.

- Follow up with clients and stakeholders for approvals, comments, clarifications and project decisions.

- Monitor project progress,deliverables, timelines and maintain effective project reporting.

- Provide technical inputs and support the DPR team on planning, infrastructure and engineering matters.

- Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and ensure consistency and quality of project deliverables.

- Assist in contract management,client correspondence and resolution of contractual/project-related matters.





- Support preparation of DPRs, reports, presentations and project documentation.

- Provide necessary technical and project inputs for tender/bid preparation and business development.

- Identify potential project risks,delays and issues and escalate them to the Vertical Head with appropriate recommendations.
