Need Base India is seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Management Coordinator. The coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the residential facility, ensuring the well-being, safety, and development of the girls living in the home. This role requires strong organizational skills, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a nurturing environment that supports the girls' growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Home's daily operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and activity coordination.
- Ensure the girls' physical and emotional well-being by overseeing their daily routines, healthcare needs, and recreational activities.
- Implement and monitor programs to enhance the girls' educational, social, and personal development.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including social workers, educators, and healthcare professionals,



to support the girls' holistic development.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to children and staff members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Location: Bangalore Languages: English, Kannada (Fluency in all three languages required)

Education: MSW, M.Sc. (Any relevant field)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with child-related programs or facilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
