Job Summary

As we continue to scale and deliver high-impact digital products, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support our project execution and delivery processes.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in project management within a dynamic technology environment.

Responsibilities

- Support the coordination of SaaS, AI, and software development projects from initiation to delivery.
- Assist Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
- Monitor project tasks, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth progress.
- Coordinate with development, design, QA, and business teams for task follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting notes, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews.
- Identify basic risks or delays and escalate them to the Project Manager.
- Help maintain project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).




- Ensure proper documentation and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute ideas for improving workflows and coordination processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 6 months-2 years of experience in project coordination and exposure to IT/SaaS/software development projects.

Skills Competencies

- Basic understanding of project management principles and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts (certification is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Attention to detail and structured working approach.
- Comfort working in a rapid-paced technology setup.
