As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing comprehensive project activities from initiation through completion within a globally distributed delivery framework. This role requires coordinating various aspects of project execution, ensuring alignment with program objectives, and maintaining seamless communication across diverse teams. The practitioner actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges proactively, and supports the delivery of contracted services with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Collaboration with stakeholders and adapting to dynamic project environments are integral parts of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with task execution.
- Continuously monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to promote project alignment.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project stability.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and support consolidation processes.
- Experience in managing financial close cycles and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Ability to configure and customize Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close modules to meet project requirements.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and financial reporting tools within Oracle environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical and process-related challenges.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
