Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify contractor/subcontractor bills as per BOQ, work orders, drawings, and site measurements.
- Conduct joint measurements and maintain accurate measurement sheets and records.
- Prepare RA bills, final bills, quantity statements, and reconciliation statements.
- Verify quantities executed at site and ensure billing accuracy.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors, and Accounts teams for billing and payment processing.
- Check work orders, rate analysis, deductions, variations, and extra-item claims.
- Monitor project quantities, costs, and billing status against approved budgets.




- Maintain proper documentation of bills, measurements, approvals, and supporting records.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and contractor payment-related issues.

Qualification & Skills
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in construction project billing and quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, RA bills, and reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing/ERP software.
- Solid analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
