Elfōno Solution is looking for a responsible and organized Project Coordinator to support our telecom installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the client, installation teams, EMF teams, and other project stakeholders while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely project updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities related to telecom installation projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with EMF teams regarding site activities, requirements, and status.
- Coordinate with the client team and attend project-related discussions at the client office.
- Maintain a proper record of sites, including site status, installation progress, pending activities, and completion details.
- Maintain and update project data, trackers, MIS reports, and site records on a regular basis.
- Follow up with field teams regarding site visits, installation activities, pending work, and completion.
- Track site-wise progress and highlight delays or pending activities to the concerned team.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly project status reports* with management and the client.
- Coordinate between field teams, EMF teams, client representatives, and internal management for smooth project execution.
- Maintain records of site documents, approvals, reports, and other project-related information.
- Ensure that project data is updated accurately and submitted within the required timelines.
- Follow up on site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Assist the project manager in planning, monitoring, and closing project activities.
- Handle day-to-day communication through *email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and official communication channels.




- Perform other coordination and administrative activities related to the project as required.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of telecom installation projects and site-related activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to maintain and manage large amounts of project data.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prepare basic MIS reports and trackers.
- Comfortable working from the client office in Chandigarh.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification:Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/B.Tech in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, or related field will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, telecom, infrastructure, installation, or a similar role preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and MS Excel skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidate should be proactive and responsible.
- Should have good coordination skills with field teams and clients.
- Should be comfortable handling site-wise data and project trackers.
- Should be able to communicate professionally with client representatives.
- Experience in telecom installation, EMF, BTS, tower, or telecom infrastructure projects will be an advantage.

Salary

₹25,000 per month onwards, depending on experience and candidate profile.
