Role Overview

Responsible for managing the project from design development through execution, ensuring coordination between the client, design team, vendors, and site teams while maintaining design intent, timelines, quality, and budget. 2 years of experience in architecture/interior design with hands-on project management and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from design development to site execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal design teams.
- Prepare and review BOQs, material specifications, working drawings, and technical details.
- Ensure drawings and designs are accurately translated at site.
- Conduct site visits and monitor quality, progress, and workmanship.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Coordinate material selection, procurement, and vendor requirements.




- Identify and resolve design, technical, and site-related issues.
- Review measurements, quotations, and vendor submissions.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and site updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered as per design intent, quality standards, timelines, and client requirements.
