Key Responsibilities

- Design and coordinate hospital, IVF clinic, and healthcare facility projects .
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, detailed designs, and documentation.
- Plan specialized healthcare areas including IVF labs, OTs, consultation and recovery areas .
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, interior, biomedical, contractors, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits in Kenya , monitor execution, and resolve design/site issues.
- Review shop drawings, materials, finishes, and technical submissions.
- Ensure designs meet applicable healthcare, building, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and project teams to deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

- B.Arch. from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD ; Revit/SketchUp knowledge preferred.
- Robust understanding of architectural design, construction drawings, and site execution.
