Role Description The Programming Trainer role at Primezone Computer Education is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The trainer will design and deliver classroom-based programming lessons, create practice exercises, and develop course materials that align with current industry standards. Daily responsibilities include teaching core programming concepts, demonstrating coding techniques, reviewing student assignments, and providing constructive feedback to help learners improve.

The trainer will conduct assessments, track student progress, and offer individual guidance and doubt-clearing sessions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the institute’s team to update curricula,



support placement activities, and ensure a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python) and core computer science concepts (data structures, algorithms, OOP).
- Experience in delivering technical training or teaching programming, including lesson planning, classroom management, and hands-on lab guidance.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, accessible language and adapt teaching style to diverse learning needs.
- Familiarity with software development practices such as version control, debugging, and basic IDE usage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and inclusive approach to interacting with learners and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in programming or software development are an advantage.
- Comfort using digital tools for teaching (e.g., slide presentations, online coding platforms) and openness to updating skills as technologies evolve.
- Prior experience supporting career development, guiding students on interview preparation, and providing mentoring is beneficial.
