We’re hiring a Program Manager for our client (Code Name: CORE) - CORE delivers innovative SaaS solutions that streamline business operations and drive digital transformation. As a Program Manager, Product Operations at CORE, you will drive operational excellence by establishing and enforcing standard operating procedures for product management and software development across multiple SaaS product lines. You will coordinate resources, facilitate cross-functional communication, and ensure a seamless software development lifecycle.

This role requires solid ownership of process improvement and risk management, working closely with product managers, scrum masters, and business stakeholders to deliver successful products and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage tools used by product teams for communication, roadmaps, ideation, training, support, and wireframing.

● Develop and report on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

● Set goals for teams and align them with the vision and strategy of the company and its products.

● Collect, organize, and analyze product data for stakeholder consumption.

● Provide product and operational reporting and analysis,



including defining and monitoring key performance metrics.

● Lead daily stand-up meetings with product managers, scrum masters, and architects.

● Manage special projects and programs to completion.

● Identify product improvement opportunities and support informed decision-making.

● Set up onboarding and training programs.

● Support product experimentation, A/B testing, and coordinate Innovation Lab efforts.

Required Skills

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Technology, or

Communications.

● 5+ years of business experience in technology solution delivery, product management, or R&D.;

● Strong competency with Jira and Confluence.

● Solid understanding of SaaS concepts and terminologies.

● Proven project management skills.

● Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

● Ability to navigate and manage change and adapt to organizational processes.

● Data-driven, efficiency-focused, and customer-centric mindset.

Nice to Have

● Familiarity with Source-to-Pay (S2P), Payments, or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes or technologies.

● Experience with SQL/JQL.

● Experience in high growth tech companies.
