About the role

Kirana Club (a Meesho company) is India's largest kirana community, and our commerce business is scaling rapid. We need many times more sellers and SKUs than we have today. Right now, every seller needs a human to build their listings before they can sell. That is the single biggest brake on our supply growth.

You own removing that brake. Your number is how fast a signed seller goes live and gets their first order. In 12 months, most of this should run without a human in the loop.

What you'll do

- Seller go-live, end to end. Get new sellers, SKUs, and combos live quickly and correctly. You own TAT, listing quality, and time-to-first-order.
- Automation roadmap. You are the business owner for self-serve cataloguing. You bring the data on where time and quality are lost, and you co-own with the PM what gets built and in what order.
- Fixing problems at the root. When the same listing issue appears across sellers, you build the template, validation, or input format that stops it happening again.
- Upstream seller inputs. You define how sellers submit data so bad inputs never reach the team.
- Listing quality as a growth lever.



Retailers only buy what they understand. You own attribute completeness, images, and pricing accuracy, and you measure how they affect conversion.
- Running the current engine. You manage an execution team through a team lead and hold them to clear SLAs while you automate their work.
- Cross-functional work. You partner with BD to get new sellers live fast, and with Seller Management on what to list, delist, and prioritise.
- You'll be measured on : Seller time-to-live · listing quality · share of catalogue work that's self-serve in 12 months

What we're looking for

- 2–4 years' experience with a strong academic or professional track record (consulting, marketplace, or high-growth startup)
- You quantify a problem before proposing a fix and are comfortable with messy ops data
- You build mechanisms, not workarounds
- You can turn operational noise into a crisp problem statement a PM can build against
- You can hold a team accountable, including one you don't directly employ
- You've grown fast: early promotions or ownership beyond your level
